Property Appraisal Request

The Florida Conference insurance program has partnered with CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC to provide property appraisals to assist churches with establishing insurance replacement values. 

There is no cost to your church for the property appraisal and subsequent report.  This is a value added service provided by the Conference insurance program.

As we are currently doing appraisals for 2011, we anticipate that your church will not be appraised by this program until sometime during the calendar year 2012.   As the 2012 appraisals are scheduled, you will be contacted so that an exact date and time can be determined.  Note however that your church will remain on the request list until the appraisal is completed.
