During the 2012 Annual Conference, Strategic Leadership Team members presented the work completed over the last two years. This included recommendations for the Florida Conference concerning:
- Missional Outcomes – statements of what success would look like over the next four years;
- Goals – specific initiatives, processes or strategies to create the outcomes, and
- Action Items – the initial steps to take to reach the goals.
Presenters included Beth Fogle-Miller, Chuck Mallue, Russ Graves, Annette Pendergrass, Dale Locke, Rini Hernandez and Bob Bushong.
