RISK CONSOLE / INSURANCE REVIEW

 

INSURANCE REVIEW (ANNUAL SURVEY):
To ensure that your church is provided with appropriate coverage and billed an accurate premium in 2011, we are again asking for your help in providing us with the most up-to-date information possible for your church.

It is essential that each church review its information every year to ensure it is as accurate as possible. The information you provide is combined with the information provided by all other Florida Conference churches and submitted to numerous worldwide insurers to obtain the new renewal rates and quotes for the conference insurance program. Your assistance is crucial in this process and greatly appreciated.  
  
The 2010 Insurance Review (Annual Survey) is August 16th – August 31st.   

You can review and make any necessary changes to your church insurance information using the new database detailed below.  Changes requested will be reviewed and approved within a week.  In the interim, any requested changes can be viewed in the "pending changes" section of the database.

RISK CONSOLE DATABASE:
BACKGROUND:
Ministry Protection has replaced the CONNECT insurance database with a new platform, RISK CONSOLE.    RISK CONSOLE contains the same base church insurance data and information as CONNECT but will allow for increased capabilities in the future for churches. 

RISK CONSOLE USERNAME/ PASSWORD:
All database users will need a new username and password to access RISK CONSOLE.  Please complete the attached request form and submit.

Note that due to new database user volume, the username and password information will be emailed to you within 3 business days of completion of the form. 

Once you have received your username and password information, you can access the database at www.riskconsole.com.  Please note the database works best with Internet Explorer.
