The Florida Conference, through the Council of Bishops' Initiative on Children and Poverty (BICAP) and Hope for the Children of Africa, has a partnership  with the children of Florida and the people of the East Angola Conference of the United Methodist Church.  This multi-faceted ministry initiative offers Florida United Methodists many opportunities to minister to the least of God's children. We offer ministry to Florida's children by strengthening local church ministries with children and their parents.  The checklist for "A church for all God's Children" is available below  "A Church for all God's Children," a church-wide Bible study raises the awareness for congregations of the priority for ministry with marginalized children (available at Cokesbury). We are helping the people of Angola rebuild their lives through resources that make it possible for them to operate schools, rebuild churches and care for the health of their communities. Children's Harvest during Annual Conference sessions raises awareness for children in Florida and Angola.  For more information please follow the links below.         ADVANCE # 810
